Every instrument ships with the manufacturer's factory warranty. KombiMED provides service during and after the warranty period and supplies spare parts and consumables. The warranty term depends on the manufacturer and the model.

Yes. KombiMED arranges training on installation, commissioning and day-to-day operation, either on site in your laboratory or online. We also run joint seminars with manufacturers for a deeper look at a particular product line.
