For orders over €250,000 KombiMED arranges a 2-day demo period: the equipment is installed at the supplier or manufacturer, and the client's specialists work with it in showroom conditions with a full briefing by the engineers. For smaller orders, KombiMED organises a visit to a reference site where the same equipment is already in use, or provides video demonstrations from the manufacturer.

Delivery time depends on the type of equipment. Items from the KombiMED warehouse in Dortmund, Germany, arrive in 2–4 weeks including customs. Heavy diagnostic equipment such as CT, MRI and mammography systems is always built to order and takes 8–16 weeks. KombiMED states the exact timeline in writing before the contract is signed, so there are no surprises.
