What we do
A laboratory rarely fails because of the instrument. It fails because twelve suppliers each answer for their own part and nobody answers for the result. We take the opposite position: one contract, one point of accountability, from the first specification to the service call three years later.
Sourcing
Direct manufacturer access without middlemen — typically 20–40 % below indirect procurement channels. Specification, comparison and quotation against the method, not the catalogue.
Certification & customs
CE marking under EU MDR 2017/745, EAEU registration, export documentation and customs clearance — handled end to end, so commissioning dates hold.
Delivery & service
Transport of temperature-sensitive and fragile goods, installation, operator training, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and warranty service.
