New data show that semaglutide affects the rate of aging of different organs unequally. Biomarkers of "organ clocks":

Heart: NT-proBNP, high-sensitivity troponin, GDF15.
Kidneys: cystatin C, UACR (albumin-to-creatinine ratio), KIM-1.
Liver: FIB-4, ELF test, cytokeratin-18 (CK-18).
